Isabella Mader - Excellence Research

Isabella Mader is CEO of the Excellence Research, Executive Advisor of the Global Peter Drucker Forum, university lecturer on IT-strategy, organizational behavior, information and knowledge management, and collaboration.

2013 she was awarded “Top CIO of the Year“ (A).

Before her current position she acted as the CEO of a software company and worked at the United Nations/CTBTO in the field of methodology development.

She holds a BA in Business Administration (Regensburg/Germany), a postgraduate MSc in Strategic Information Management and a MSc in Business Psychology from Middlesex University London.

At Excellence Research she concentrates on knowledge management, information management, IT strategy, communities, networks and network economy as well as business psychology..
Current projects:
3-11/2021: Mental Health and the post Covid Workplace (a clinical study on factors contributing to depressioin, currently working on the publication)
11/2021 – 12/2022: Mental Health and the post Covid Workplace – phase 2 (clinical study on a broad array of triggers of depression; participants can join until 12/2023)
1-8/2022: Book “How to make Knowledge Management successful – Handbook with self-check, tool-selection wizard and toolbox. ISO 9001:2015 compliant (book will be published in German: Wissensmanagement erfolgreich umsetzen – Praxisleitfaden mit Self-Check, Toolselektionshilfe und Toolbox. ISO 9001:2015 konform).
